Ce week-end, Jerry Fuchs, un homme d'une extraordinaire gentillesse et présence, est décédé suite à un accident.
Il voulait sortir de l'ascenseur qui le retenait coincé entre deux étages. Il est tombé et n'a pas survécu à cette chute.
Il était aussi un des meilleurs batteurs que j'aie eu la chance de voir en concert. The machine est son surnom.
Je ne vais pas m'étendre plus longtemps.

Prends simplement le temps d'écouter. Et de prendre une leçon.

What a man...

Jerry Fuchs passed away yesterday in a freak accident in Brooklyn, after a benefit party.
He fell from an elevator from which he was trying to crawl out.

Whoever have met Jerry surely knows he was one of the coolest person around.
Open hearted, so kind, smart and...oh...what a smile!

And Jerry was an amazing drummer.
Suddenly he would be wild, tough and tripping.
Had the chance to see him live a few times.

So here is my little tribute to his memory.
As a great human being.
As a great drummer.

I mean all those words.

Love and thoughts to his family and friends.

Ce soir, à partir de 22h, on célèbre la sortie de la compilation du Baron au Virgin des Champs Zélysées.
Le Baron où je mettais les pieds pour la première fois il y a un peu plus de 4 ans-mon-dieu-que-ça-passe-vite.
Autant dire que nous sommes tous assez excités et heureux que ce projet voit le jour et la nuit...
